Prior to this update, you could only add people and reports to your Favorites list. Starting with this update you can add any item (work items, tasks, customers, etc.) to your Favorites list.
The Favorites list is your collection of links to items (people, work items, tasks, customers, etc.) in Clarizen. You add items to the Favorites list for easy access in future. Links are grouped by an item type or module. By default, the list is empty and does not appear in the navigation menu. Once you add at least one item to the list, the Favorites menu option appears at the top of the left-hand-side navigation menu.
when is this moving out of Labs and into general availability? Great feature.

Thank you for your feedback. I believe, the feature will become generally available in the Summer Release (early June). However, you can start using the it sooner, if your System Administrator enable it in the Clarizen Labs.

I am an admin for my company and I can't seem to find the enable setting in the labs area any more. Can you direct me to where it may have gone? We would like to enable this.

The feature is now generally available (no longer in the Labs) and is enabled by default for all customers.
