Note: By default, the following functionality is not enabled. It can be enabled by a System Administrator in System Settings > 10. Emails > 10.9 Reply to TrackIt.
In the past, when replying to an email sent from Clarizen via the Email action, users had to use Reply All to make the email go back to Clarizen.
Starting with this update, you do not need to use Reply All.
If you receive an email from Clarizen (for example, an update on a case), you can use Reply instead of Reply All to send the email back to Clarizen.
The email you send using Reply appears in the Emails panels for the related object.
Note: This change applies to emails sent via the Email action button. It does not affect email notifications for Social posts and discussions.
