Cases Support in Project's Change History

What's New

In a previous release we added support for Cases Change History on the Administrators' Change History screen. 

You can now see updates to Project-related Issues, Risks, Requests and Bugs in their Project's Change History tab. You'll see the cases whose Resolved In project field is the project you're on.


Tip: for Project Managers who want to set all of the changes made in the past week on a project

Filter by

  1. date (Changed On) and the 
  2. Direct Category

to see all users' directly-updated changes to all work items and cases for your project in the past week.


In the following example, the first row shows that the Project in which the Risk ("Design task at risk" was resolved has been changed. The next rows show additional updates (State and Importance) to the Risk.
