What is covered in the Full Admin (Admin II) Training Course?

The Full Admin Training Course is designed to build upon the topics covered in the Lite Admin training. It covers the additional features and functions available only to users with Full Admin permissions. This course is not recommended for Lite Admins. We recommend full admins attend this training after attending the Lite Admin course.

  • Global and System Settings - With a review of some of the most impactful settings
  • User Permissions
  • Profile Controls - Such as making changes to the Master Profile as well as module visibility and enablement
  • Apps Marketplace - Installing and using Apps
  • Custom Objects
  • Change History
  • Extending Reports - Such as using reports to create Widgets, Roadmaps, and Gantt charts
