Manage a project with multiple teams

1.      Create a Workspace.

2.      In the Workspace, create a Board for each team.

3.      Create Stages to reflect the work process of the specific team.

 

 

Manage a Scrum Project

1.      Create a Workspace.

2.      In the Workspace, create a Board for backlog tasks. This is where you will add all tasks during the planning phase.

3.      Create a Board for each sprint.

4.      Per Board, add Stages for phases in the sprint.

5.      Add Tasks to the backlog Board, and then move them to sprint boards.

 

Manage a project with multiple customers

1.      Create a Workspace for each customer.

2.      In the Workspace you can create a single board or optionally a Board for each work type or deliverable, such as Demo, RFP, etc.
