Yes indeed. You would create a validation rule that prevents the project from being activated after a period of time. You can also add exceptions so that only a specific person (or perhaps administrators) can reactivate in the case of an emergency.
Locking down a project once completed?
I'm hoping there is a way that once projects are completed, they can be locked down and not edited. We use Clarizen to pull reporting for goals purposes, so once a year is over and goals are finalized, we want to ensure that projects closed in that year cannot be changed. Is this doable?
