Yes, this is possible using Custom workflows, InterAct and Custom Actions. Depending on precise use case, I suggest working with our Professional Services team to do this as it can get very complicated but one way you would do this is as follows:
- Create an online webpage where the survey would live (accessible to the email only users). Once complete, the data would be sent to InterAct.
- Configure InterAct mailbox to accept the information when the Survey is completed
- Configure custom fields to store the data on appropriate data entity as desired.
- Configure Workflow rules and Custom Actions to trigger messages to be sent to desired users and actions based on completing a Project. You would include the link to the Survey within the message and can either use basic messaging or HTML for styling.
