Recurring Task - Editable Add/Edit Mode

An admin is able to edit the add/edit mode for a task so that when creating a new task, the user can see the fields that the admin chooses.  This allows for the user to populate required task fields when creating a new task.

This same functionality is not available for Recurring Tasks.  Therefore, when a new recurring task is created the required task fields are not available so the user can't create a new recurring task.

Adding the ability for an admin to edit the add/edit mode of a recurring task would alleviate this issue and make the data consistent whether it is a regular or recurring task.

Promoting this.  I have a related question: Recurring Tasks are a unique class of items.  It *appears* that you can edit the Recurring Task Details (after it has been created) and that it *should* make the future Tasks have the same details.  But there are clearly limitations in other posts (sub-tasks, action items) and likely some of the Related items are not also replicated.  There is no documentation on what exactly does or does not get recreated or updated when a task recurs.  What are those details?

For example, I *assume* that a Recurring Task marked as "Complete" will have its next occurrence marked "Active".

How can we properly set up detailed tasks to recur correctly?
