Custom Formula Field Calculation - Rollup Summary

Current behavior is that the project ignores 'Cancelled' items in rollup calculations and so leaves any data that was there "as-is". 

We have opened Change Request CR-381262: Rollup Summary fields should run on Cancelled hammock work items, during state change to Cancel
