When you say you can't modify the report, what exactly goes wrong? You're supposed to just edit the report, remove the columns and save your changes. Also, the commas is something new to me - do you also see this issue in other reports where names appear?
I've been trying and trying to edit some items within my PPR (Periodic Project Report) and have been unsuccessful to this point.
Within the PPR I'm try to remove the Budget Status, Project Phase, Work, and ID sections from the report but am having a hard time doing so within the configuration settings. Also, for some reason commas are showing up in front of my resource names and no commas in-between their names.
If anyone can provide some insight I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you for replying. I searched through the configuration settings and I can't find the specific option(s) where it allows me to remove these columns from the Periodic Project Report. These columns aren't appearing on the project plan itself.

Any issues due to changes made to the PPR have to go through your PS consultant, if you don't have one please contact your account manager. Unfortunately, changes to the PPR are not supported via the standard support channel.
