It has, now all you need to do is uncheck setting 3.1 in the admin and all completed items will retain the historical rates (don't forget to save after unchecking).
I know a couple of months ago this was a problem... can you please give me an update?
Are rates are changing and we want to update the default rates for everyone. I know that a couple of months ago this would have changed all of our historical records too... Has that been fixed?
If not, is there a workaround (other than setting rates for each new project... that's what we are currently doing).
