I just noticed the timelines are not identical in both instances - one is Aug 13 and the other is Aug 14.
If you align them, does it resolve the issue for you?

Time tracking tasks displayed different depending on who is signed-on
When I sign-in as the resource assigned to tasks I get more tasks (some are scheduled into the future) then I do if I sign-in as myself and select the resource for time tracking. See attached. Why is this?
