This feature is highly customizable, so I would recommend working with your account manager (and perhaps your future CSM) in order for us to really understand the requirements and let you know what is required to get it done. How to add existing e-mail to Task or Milestone?
I am a new user currently trialling but so far so good. I have looked at the user manual and all the videos but can't seem to locate how to take an existing email from my Outlook inbox and add it to a Task or Milestone. I have the Outlook Anywhere add-on installed but there is no link to add an existing email. I have looked at InterAct but it does not have any out-of-box mailboxes or rules.
The purpose here is to add milestone completion sign off by the customer.

Ok.. I tried this app and it seemed to work (in that it created the email association) however upon closer inspection the email body is missing from the post.
It looks like this might be a bug in v6 (it works fine in 5.4). I think it has something to do with the way replies are tracked in the new version. I will open a case on your behalf and keep you updated on the progress.
