My co-worker is trying to install Excel -Addin and the link takes her to the Clarizen log in screen. She was able to install and try this add in for the first time. After logging into the clarizen, it takes her to the normal clarizen home page with access to her usual itsm. How can she install the Excel-Adin after logging into the clarizen? Please advise.

You mention that she was able to install the plugin? When she opens an Excel spreadsheet, is there a "Clarizen" tab? If so, all she has to do is use this tab to log in. Afterwards you can immediately use it build new reports (or run already-built reports).
