You would use the Fixed Price and Fixed Costs Fields, which will completely override the hourly amounts. You can also utilize these fields in parent items, such as the project level.

How do we assign lump sum cost to the task or project which is not hours dependent?
Hello, I want to assign fixed billable revenue and fixed cost to my project without taking in account employee hourly cost.
