Just curious about this - sometimes my design teams are working hard and they don't have the clarizen window showing on their screen. I am curious if there is a way for them to be notified when I send an IM - - similar to AIM or Gchat.
Or even when I send a new discussion or reply - that they see a little notification on the bottom right corner of their screen ?

Not yet, but if you keep Clarizen V6 open you will see notifications at the top of your screen. Also going to your news feed will give you a nice Facebook-style history of what is happening across the relevant discussion threads.
