Why do we have to cc Trackit in our own email client (eg gmail)

I was hoping to use email widely within Clarizen, however the need to cc Trackit for every return email is just tedious. Could this not be modified to have Trackit as the reply-to: address?

Hi Tim,

I'm afraid this is unlikely to be implemented from a technical point of view.

However, if you use our social module (in V6) and collaborate/communicate with your teams via discussion posts, these can be directly replied into from your email.

Hi Tim, are you using "Reply-all"?  This will automatically grab Track-it.  The only behavior change should be using Reply all instead of Reply.
