You can add a project based on Template B as a subproject by clicking the top row and using Add >> Project from the menu. When you see the new project popup enter Template B into the template field.

How to import a template to an existing project in V6?
i have already created a project say using template A. And now i want to use template B for the same project so how can i import template B to an existing project?

That only just creates a second sub project with the correct template, does it not? How does one get rid of one template and replace with another template on the SAME project? Or add a template if none was specified when the project was created??
