Completed tasks, time can be put against them which we have enabled, however...

We have enabled Time & Expense license holders to put time against a completed task.  The issue becomes if the task has dropped from the current timesheet week, they can search backward to find the task, but the task does not follow them to "This Week", on the timesheet.  So their time input would be on the wrong week.  Is there a way for the task to move forward much in the same fashion as when they search for a "future work item" to start early reporting?

In the filter can you confirm that "completed" items are checked?  Also do you have the system setting turned on to allow reporting on completed items?

Yes, the filters are correct which is evidenced by the Completed tasks which are still present because the due date was during the Timesheet Date Range for this week.  We do have have the setting allowing Reporting on Completed items check and have since our start-up with Clarizen.

In addition I will add, we can find completed tasks by using the Time Sheet Range Indicator, moving forward or backward through the weeks.  The issue is, there is no way to get a completed task whose due date is in the past of the current time sheet reporting week, to move forward to time can be input on the current reporting week.  The Filter and search future items feature works great for "future" items, but same concept does not work for completed past items, which makes the system setting useless.

Thank you, I guess I'm still confused as to what the intended purpose was then of the allow reporting on Completed Tasks.  Will you provide me with a feature request # or how do I track this and lobby for it?

Allow reporting on completed tasks simply makes it possible to report on completed items. The feature request ID is CR-185758, but there is no automated tracking capability on your end.  Any other customers that request this would be added to the request as well.  I would go through your CSM for follow-ups on the status of the request.
