How can I change the default input on the Timesheet input from "Hours" to "Minutes"?

How can I change the default input on the Timesheet input from "Hours" to "Minutes"? It's not very often we work on tasks for solid hours, but more likely to be 15 minutes or 30 minutes at a time. I would like to default to minutes so Resources don't have to remember what 25 minutes translates into in terms of hours, or change the label. Quick input is my goal!

All you need to do is type in "min" at the end of the number, no conversion necessary. For 25 minutes, just ignore the dropdown and type in 25min (FYI this works on other fields in Clarizen as well such as Duration and Work, you can type in 2w for 2 weeks in duration as an example and the dropdown will adjust to accommodate).
