Viewing Projects

I have 7 projects that I have created for my company. Another user within my company who is also an Admin is only able to view 2 of the 7 projects.

What do I need to do in order to allow the other Admin to view the other 5 projects that he isn't currently able to view?

Is the other Admin also set as a Super User? Super User is actually the permission that allows you to see all projects regardless of role. If this user is a Super User, then he needs to adjust the filters to show all projects or projects in which he doesn't have a role.
