Did you turn on Setting 2.3 (Enable notification of completed predecessors over email)? You can access this setting directly over here: https://app2.clarizen.com/Clarizen/Settings/EnableNotificationForCompletedPredecessorsViaEmail.aspx
email alerts are not occurring - I have made the change in settings but it is not working.
I want predecessor tasks to alert users on subsequent tasks to be emailed upon completion so that they can start their task.
