Customers Section

For some reason most of the Customers on the Customer column don't show up in people's time sheets. How can we change this so it does?

Thanks

Andrea,

I am not certain what column the Customer column this is. Is it the standard Clarizen field or a custom field?

By default this will be blank and it is a manually populated field. If you want it automatically populated based on specific information from other project fields, you can do this using a customized Workflow Rule.

Hi Boris,

If you look at the screenshot provided, it shows the Customer Field on the left side. There is no text for any customer except for a client called Sons&Co.

We haven't set up a workflow rule for this, yet it still appears.

Is there no other way to ensure everyone accessing a timesheet can see the customer? If not, how can we create a workflow rule for this?

Best,

Andrea

Andrea,

Note the type of work items you are showing in the screen shot. You have Projects, Milestones and Tasks. The only two work items that are showing the customer name are both Projects. This tells me that if you go to the Project, you will see that the Customer is Associated with the Project (at the Project Level). If you go to one of the other Milestones or Tasks, you do not have a Customer related to the work item. Would this be correct? This seems to only be available at the Project level, not avaialble at the Milestones and Tasks, only for Projects.

Please open a ticket if you need further assistance.
