How to view out of office time for a team

I would like to be able to view up coming out of office time that my team has put into their Clarizen calendars - vacations, holidays, other non-working days - how can I do this? I.E. for a group - pull a report for a specific time period.

Hi Gail,

We have an out of the box report called** Total-Number of Non-working hours by user** (Reports module > People entity), that will allow you to pull data based on Clarizen calendar exceptions, groups and specific time period. Have a look at this report and let me know if it helps.
