This is not possible at the moment unfortunately. The only work around would be to use a hard-coded web form, which would likely require many hours of professional services.

When you are referencing an object, can you reference a whole picklist and not just one single object?
I am trying to set up a custom field where if we select a specific Module from a picklist a corresponding picklist with the module related functionality will appear. We want this to be a dynamic field so that whenever you select a specific modules, functionality for that module appears. I have been able to get this work on a single object basis, but not with a full picklist, Is this possible? If not are there any work arounds?
