Profit Margins

Hi there,

We're having an issue with the project attached.

It seems to be adding the Actual Cost at the Project Level and then showing the same number in the Profit section, but as unprofitable...

Could you tell us why this might be the case?

Andrea,

This could be an issue with the % Profitability and Actual Revenue which are blank at the Parent Project level. This is probably why your Profit is incorrect. Is the Parent Project a Project or a Portfolio? If you are not sure how to check this, you can view the Porfolio column in your Work plan. It is a toggle, if on, then the top Parent Project is a Portfolio.
