Error message when trying to sync with Salesforce

We see this error message:

This widget was created by a user that is no longer has valid authorization. Please contact the system admin or your contact person for a new widget.

Hello, 

The Salesforce Integration requires a valid Clarizen user with full permissions. Could it be possible that the User being used within the SFDC Integration setup is no longer in Clarizen as a user with full permissions? Please verify this and if this is not t he case, please open a case and provide access to both Clarizen and SFDC for further investigation.

Hi Boris,

The Salesforce integration user is Elizabeth Holloran.  She has full Admin access in Clarizen is active in that and Salesforce.

Sorry, I was confused by this.  I already have a case open; Request #12158 with Vanessa Au.  She has access to Clarizen and Salesforce already.
