How do I assign different colors for each task on the gantt view

The current Gantt does not allow you to change colors.

Boris - Has there been any discussion about adding this as a feature?  

Currently, it appears the colors are project = blue, milestones = teal and tasks = orange ---is there any additional logic to colors on Gantt charts?
