Hi Martin, you would need to utilize a configuration to take care of this. For example, if you want to change the default when a new project is created, then you could use a workflow to run on projects and only to run when a new project is created. Then you can just utilize an action to 'update field' and set the value of the priority field there. Hopefully that helps!
