Hi Sagi,
You could go to the Reports module and under the category "Time Tracking" you should see the report "Total Reported Hours per user per project". Please refer to my screenshot.

Timesheets report
Hi,
I wonder how can I see a report of all the timesheet reports (comments included) by user by project.
I tried to create a report but failed to do so.
Today I can see the information within the project, but it's per work item, and I need a report for the entire project.

Hi Tom,
The report "Total Reported Hours per user per project" doesn't give us the breakdown of the hours nor the comments.
We need to see the entire breakdown with the comments and the project included.
Every work item is related to project, and every stopwatch record is related to a comment, so it shuld have been easy to build a report like this... but it's not possible.

Hi Sagi,
It is actually not possible at the moment to create a report with comments that are attached to timesheet entries. Also, in the report module, it is not possible to have a breakdown of the hours and the Clarizen Excel Add-in would be better suited for this. Even so, comments attached to timesheets are not possible with either reporting module. I can open a feature request regarding this if you like.
