How many Profiles are available with the Professional licenses?

The documentation indicates that with the Professional license group there are "Out of the box profiles only" but I can only seem to see the single "Default Profile"? Where can I find all of the profiles available or how can I add more?

Tom, 

Currently, we only have one Out Of the Box Profile 'Default Profile'. In the next phase of Profiles, there will be a subset of Default Profiles provided for Professional Edition. Product does not know at this time how many or what type of profiles will be provided but likely by Role will be the first (i.e. Project Managers and Resources). 

Note that Enterprise Edition allows for up to 10 Profiles and Unlimited Edition is unlimited. Hope this answers your question.
