Add Files from Clarizen in Related Items right hand column

Currently, when you want to add a file from the Related Item right hand column, you can only add a file from your own computer and not from your Clarizen files. 

In the discussion area, you have the option to add either from Clarizen or from your computer, but in the Related Items area you do not. 

I would be helpful to be able to add from either location in the Related Items are on the right hand side.
