Time-sheet Report for T&E Licensed User for a specific time period

Currently a time and expense user can download only a week's hours in an excel.The custom date option on the calender is not editable for a time and expense user.

Ability to download the hours entered by the user for a 'specific time period' will  help users keep track of their hours from a compliance perspective.
