After speaking with our Product team, you can accomplish with the Resource Load. To do items are in the resource load if they have start/due date.

To Do List and Case Items fall into resource load
Right now I'm only seeing tasks associated with a project showing up in a resource's load. If it's possible to estimate a number of hours associated with an assigned to-do list task or case, they should also be able to be added to the resource's load since they will be spending time on them and it impacts the picture of their total availability.
