Just to be clear, where are you looking at Resources to view their availability? Are you looking at the Related Resource Panel on the Work Plan or Resource Load View?

Resourse Allocation by Skill Level and Availability
When I click in the resource filed for a tsk it gives me list of resources by name. How can I search resource by skill and availability instead by name ?

In the work plan while assigning resources.

To search resource by skill please click the "..." when standing on the Resource column on the grid of the work plan
To see if a resource is available please type a name of a resource and click his icon/photo

Yes, we are doing this and this works. We had added second level ( Beginner, Intermediate, Expert) to first level and that we aren't able to see. Evgeni might fix that for us.
