I have a question with regards to creating a custom action at the Organization level that will create a new project. In order to create the project using this action, the user will need to input the project name, priority, and a description. All 3 of these fields are required. I am really struggling with creating the formula for this action, so if anyone could help I'd be grateful.

All you need to do is install it a change the fields accordingly.
