No, it does not.
There are issues with IE8, which we do not support. We would also not recommend using IE9 although it is supported (poor performance versus modern browsers). IE11 and IE10 are the recommended versions to use of Internet Explorer on Clarizen.
Microsoft Edge for Windows 10 users can also be used--it is one of the fastest, if not the fastest browser at the moment for web apps.
