My post is similar to a previous one, however the resolution provided did not work. I have created several templates. I need to go back into each template and remove myself as a resource as I am getting numerous alerts. I have used place holders for both the PM and Manager Fields, and I am not assigned to any tasks, and I have "Un-Followed" the project and did a replace resource from my name to the PM alias created and I still can't remove myself. I receive a validation error User cannot be deleted . This user is responsible for components ..*and then it lists every single milestone and task.

Hey Dwashburn - Check to see if you are a manager of any of the work items on the template. If you are, you may have to remove yourself from that part of the template. You can use our Find & Replace Manager App to help with this (http://www.clarizen.com/appsmarketplace/item/Find-and-Replace-Manager.html)
