Working Exception on Clarizen Calendar

There appears to be an issue with how clarizen calculates time on a working exception and amends the total hours a resource is due to work. For example if I normally work 9-5 mon to fri = 35hrs a week. If I have an appointment for 2hrs as a non-working exception in my cal from 9am to 11am - clarizen calculates this as 5 hours instead of 2 - indicating that I was only due to work 30 hours - where it should have been 33 ? Can you provide some assistance ?
