You can look at the field called "Expected Progress" that will show you the system's calculation of what your % completion should be for that work item today. To forecast % completion on a specific day in the future, you will have to utilize configurations. For example, you could build a custom action where you give the system a specific date and it will give you a pop-up notification with the forecasted % completion for that date.
