Timesheet reminders for external users

I would suggest using the Time Compliance App, it allows you to set who is required to be reporting time and send them emails for either partial completion or no hours for each week.  The only potential negative is that these are then custom actions so are manually triggered rather than the auto-generated 'standard' reminder that blankets to all users.

The app should also send weekly notifications automatically after configuration.

We're already using this app, but won't external users show up on the 2nd section (users who have empty timesheets)?
