Follow/UnFollow button is missing

Hi,

I might miss something completely but there is no Follow (Unfollow) button anywhere so I cannot follow specific entities within the system and also I cannot unfollow items (e.g. projects, risks) I am not interested anymore. The Follow button is added to the profiles' action ribbon and still it is not visible anywhere. Is there a global setting for this as for likes?
