Page Layout per View / object type, or any attribute of object

The layout of the property section is sometimes different based on the specific project. So i can use a project as a portfolio and want to see some sections and then i want to use project to other stuff (like a real project, a maintenance project, a financial logging project, etc) and need different Properties to show up.

Same goes for Tasks, Milestones, Issues, Requests, etc. We should be able to define the Page Layout of properties for each type of object.

Ideally, allow the user to configure which attribute drives the Page Layout, as it could also be things like a combination of project type and task type, org owning the object, custom fields, etc.
