ADFS support for multiple certificates

In some ADFS configurations, companies have a Primary and a Secondary certificate. They are auto generated in ADFS which also switches the new cert from secondary to primary and that is when we need to upload the cert to Clarizen. When this occurs, there is a mismatch between the ADFS cert and Clarizen cert.

Customer has no control over ADFS generating the new cert and when it decides to switch the new one to the primary which causes the errors/Clarizen outage.
