ALERT TAB (Icon at top right)

The alert tab appears to inform the user that there are tasks needing their attention. Clicking on the icon pulls up a sub-window that shows a few of the tasks, and clicking on "See All" opens a window with the entire list.

The window does not allow you to add columns, and the only columns you can see are Severity, Resolved,  Impacted Object (typically the task), Message (reason the task has been added to the list) and the Created Date.

What it does not allow is a way to see what project or milestone the task is associated with, or any other context around the task. So if you run multiple projects using the same or similar template of milestones and tasks, you have no idea what the alert should be associated with, and therefore no easy way to visually glance at the list to get a feel for priority.

 

This page would benefit from a user ability to add columns with filters to aid in identifying the parent tasks / milestones / projects.
