Resource on Project Calendar

Hello - 

Our business predominately sends resources to customer sites for weekly trips.  A resource working on multiple customers (projects) will work one week on and one week off; or some schedule determined during kick-off and planning.  Often we tag-team a project with resources alternating their on-site weeks.

In this scenario, the resources's individual calendar is 100% available.  And the project's calendar is 100% available... but each resource's schedule relative to the project is uniquely blocked out.

Currently, we manage onsite schedules via Excel and juggle project plans manually.  Having a comprehensive scheduling scheme in Clarizen would help us a lot---maybe this already exists in Clarizen, but I've not figured it out.
