Replace resource not removing target user, when multiple resources are involved

Global resource replacement is # 1 issue at the project and sub project level for our Dell Clarizen instance. In some cases the replace resource function is not replacing a resource, but is instead just adding new one. Replacing a resource should be applied globally to a project, across the fields Manager, Project Manager, Owner, Resources, Team Member or any other field containing people. Even better if you had check boxes, designating which fields would be replaced. Should not incrementally add, it should remove and replace. This is a mix of a bug and ER.

Completely agree with the request to have options to replace other user fields such as Owner, Managers, and Reviewers. This would be a great enhancement to the out-of-the-box Resource Replace functionality. The incremental add though is not a bug. When work items are completed they are locked for historical purposes, which is why running a Replace Resource will not remove people that are on closed work items.

The replace resource function isn't working on my instance either, it is just adding the new resource. This is on a brand new project and the tasks are all active.
