Disabling of Budget Management when using Time Tracking

We are using Time Tracking with Clarizen, which is very important for our organisation. However we don't have a need for Budget Management in Clarizen.

Currently you can't disable Budget Management when you are using Time Tracking.

This means we get notifications such as "The budgeted cost of Task .... is lower than the actual cost.", and we have to modify the views to remove the Budget Status field.

Can we add an option to disable Budget Management when using Time Tracking?

You cannot use Time Tracking without Budget Management being turned on, since the rate system is part of Time Tracking even if you choose not to use it. However, you can use profiles to completely hide all financial fields from the end users even if Budget Management is turned on. Here is a tutorial video on using profiles: https://success.clarizen.com/hc/en-us/articles/220336187

Making sure users do not have Financial Permissions will also hide financial fields and functionality.

Thanks Josh. I'm across the use of profile management to hide budget status from the views. Still seems a bit clumsy to me though.

Turning off financial permissions for each user will have the same effect and it should take less than 60 seconds to do. I should have started with that option since doing it via profiles is a bit involved.
