Add groups and sub groups using the data loader

How do you upload user groups and their sub user groups into the user groups module using the data loader? Tried using the Level1 and Level2 layout like we do for projects, but everything comes out as a user group with no hierarchy. Is there a certain entity type I need to include?

I've never tried this using data loader, but there is a field in each group called 'member of' which would need to have the parent group in it.  I would guess if you include this in your data loader file then you would load with hierarchy in place.
