How to populate a multi-picklist with multiple values using a Workflow Rule

Need to select multiple values in a multi-picklist field based on another field's value. Both fields are the same work item type.

Hello Devlend,

I think that multi-picklist takes a semi-colon separated string as input (e.g. Value1;Value2;Value3). If that does not work, please also try comma separated string.
